• Inner Mongolia Jin'ebo Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. announced on March 14th that the environmental impact assessment of the fluorine chemical supporting fluorite concentrate quality improvement project was made public. The main construction content of the project is to build a new 600t/d fluorine chemical supporting fluorite concentrate quality improvement production line and supporting auxiliary and environmental protection projects, etc. The total investment of the project is 18.8003 million RMB, and it is located in the company's existing factory area.

• Chemours announced on March 14th that its innovative two-phase immersion cooling fluid Opteon 2P50 has entered the full-scale product trial stage, with partners including NTT Data and engineering company Hibiya Engineering.

• Jiangxi Lee & Man Co., Ltd. announced on March 17th that the environmental impact assessment of the first phase of the new green refrigerant project was made public. The construction content includes an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of pentachloropropane (R240fa), 4,000 tons of pentafluoropropane (R245fa), and 3,000 tons of tetrafluoroethylene (R1234ze), and the construction of supporting public facilities. The construction site is in the company's second factory area.

• Shandong Qifu New Materials Co., Ltd. announced on March 18th that the environmental impact assessment announcement of the second phase of the melt fluorine resin and fluorine-containing heat transfer fluid project was made. The construction content includes the construction of 3,000 tons/year modified PTFE, 3,000 tons/year fluorine rubber, and 6,000 tons/year fluorine-containing heat transfer fluid production facilities and supporting public and auxiliary facilities and environmental protection facilities. The project investment is approximately 1.032 billion RMB, and the construction site is in the Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park, Gaoqing County, Zibo City.

• Jiangxi Zhongfu Chemical Material Technology Co., Ltd. announced on March 18th that the reconstruction project of the Shuichang perfluorosulfonic acid resin of Zhongfu Fluorine has completed the filing. The construction content is to renovate the existing 1,500 tons/year fluorocarbon resin production line. After the renovation, the product scale will be: 900 tons/year of fluorocarbon resin products and 600 tons/year of perfluorosulfonic acid resin products. The total investment of the project is 800 million RMB.

• Shanghai Huayi Group Co., Ltd. announced on March 18th that it issued a notice regarding the planning of a cash acquisition of equity and related transactions. It plans to acquire 60% of the equity of Sanai Fu held by Shanghai Huayi Holding Group Co., Ltd. through a cash transaction.

• Hubei Funolin New Materials Co., Ltd. announced on March 19th that the environmental protection acceptance monitoring report of the vinylidene fluoride polymer technology transformation project (for semiconductors) (phased) was made public. The construction content includes the formation of two polyvinylidene fluoride polymer production lines, a refined hydrochloric acid by-product production line, and a polyvinylidene fluoride particle production line.

• Hubei Hongyuan Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. announced on March 20th that the environmental impact assessment acceptance of the 6,000 tons/year high-purity crystal lithium hexafluorophosphate expansion and renovation project was made public. The construction content includes the expansion and renovation of a new 6,000 tons/year production capacity device using new process technology. The total investment of the project is approximately 356 million RMB, and the construction site is at No. 8 Hongyuan Road, Luotian County Economic Development Zone.

• Zhejiang Yonghe Refrigerant Co., Ltd. announced on March 21st that it issued an announcement regarding the use of raised funds to increase the capital of a wholly-owned subsidiary to implement the raised funds project. Jiangsu Nata Opto-electronic Material Co., Ltd. announced on March 21 that it would terminate some of its fundraising projects (hexafluorobutadiene industrialization), permanently supplement the remaining funds to working capital, and sell related assets in a related transaction.

• Lecron Industrial Development Group Co. Ltd. announced on March 21 that it had received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty" from the Shandong Securities Regulatory Bureau on March 19. The financial indicators in the previously disclosed annual report were found to contain false records. The trading of Lianchuang's shares will be subject to other risk warnings, and the stock abbreviation will be changed to "ST Lianchuang".

• Jiangxi Lee & Man Co., Ltd. successfully broke through key technical barriers in the fluorine chemical field on March 21. The first domestic industrialized plant for the continuous production of difluoroethane (R152a) from vinyl chloride was officially put into operation.

• Hubei Hengxin Chemical Co., Ltd. announced on March 24 that it would carry out a technical transformation project for an efficient and low-consumption electrolytic fluorination automated production line. The project involves increasing production capacity to 30 tons of perfluorotripropylamine, 50 tons of perfluorohexane, and 20 tons of perfluoropropane disulfonate per year. The total investment is 20 million RMB, and the construction site is located at No. 10, Development Road 3, Sefu Industrial Park, Changjiangbu, Yingcheng City.

• CAPCHEM released its 2024 annual report on March 25. Its revenue was 7.847 billion RMB, an increase of 4.85% year-on-year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 942 million RMB, a decrease of 6.83% year-on-year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 950 million RMB, a decrease of 0.59% year-on-year.

• Honeywell announced on March 25 the key leadership positions of its advanced materials business, which will be renamed Solstice Advanced Materials. The company plans to complete the spin-off by the end of 2025 or early 2026.

• Dongyue Group announced on March 25 that the environmental impact assessment for its 60,000-ton per year new refrigerant (R32) expansion project was approved and made public. The project involves building a 49,000-ton per year difluoromethane (R32) plant in the original project area of the south factory and a 11,000-ton per year difluoromethane (R32) plant in the north factory using the existing 5,000-ton per year R143a plant. The construction site is within the company's factory premises.

• Baotou Hengyitong Rare Earth Co., Ltd. announced on March 26 that the environmental impact assessment for its 2,000-ton per year rare earth fluoride and 5,000-ton per year rare earth compound project was made public. The project involves building a rare earth electrolyte production line and a rare earth compound production line in the existing production workshop, along with supporting auxiliary systems such as power supply and water supply.
